What does $100/month actually include?▼
Everything. There's no separate add-on for AI, no per-seat pricing, no feature gating beyond the limits in the table above. One flat fee covers your whole team and every feature.
What if I outgrow Starter?▼
If you have more than 20 clients or 5 team members, get in touch. We'll spin up a custom plan. Helm isn't designed for 50-person agencies — it's purpose-built for teams of 1–6.
Can I cancel?▼
Yes, any time. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period and your data stays exportable as CSV.
Annual or monthly — which should I pick?▼
Monthly if you're still testing fit. Annual ($1,000) saves you two months and is what we recommend once you're sure. Switch any time.
Do you train AI on my data?▼
No. Your tenant data stays yours. AI calls go to Anthropic with your prompts, but nothing is used to train models, and you can disable AI entirely with one toggle.
What if I want to turn AI off?▼
Master kill switch in admin settings. One click and every Anthropic call across the system is short-circuited. Your other features keep working exactly the same.
How is billing handled?▼
PayPal Subscriptions. Card on file managed by PayPal — we never touch card numbers. Invoices arrive in your PayPal account every cycle.
Is my data backed up?▼
Helm runs on managed Postgres (Neon) which takes continuous backups + point-in-time recovery. You can also export your full workspace as CSV at any time from Settings.
