Questions

How does the pricing work?▶

You pick the band your team fits in. Every plan includes every feature, so moving up buys you more seats and more clients, never access to something that was locked. There is no per-seat charge and no minimum seat count.

What happens when I outgrow a plan?▶

Move up a band whenever you need to; the change takes effect on your next billing cycle and your data is untouched. If you are larger than Scale, email us and we will work something out.

Can I cancel?▶

Yes, any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period and your data stays exportable as CSV.

Annual or monthly, which should I pick?▶

Monthly if you are still testing fit. Annual saves you two months on every plan and is what we recommend once you are sure. You can switch at any time.

Do you train AI on my data?▶

No. Your tenant data stays yours. AI calls go to Anthropic with your prompts, but nothing is used to train models, and you can disable AI entirely with one toggle.

What if I want to turn AI off?▶

Master kill switch in admin settings. One click and every Anthropic call across the system is short-circuited. Every other feature keeps working exactly the same.

How is billing handled?▶

PayPal Subscriptions. Your card is held by PayPal and we never touch card numbers. Invoices arrive in your PayPal account every cycle.

Is my data backed up?▶

Auctores Helm runs on managed Postgres (Neon), which takes continuous backups with point-in-time recovery. You can also export your full workspace as CSV at any time from Settings.
